Program Manager – Our Program Managers have a technical background with at least 10 years individual experience working as technologists. They have experience defining, initiating, funding, directing, and deploying programs involving up to 100 subordinates. Each of our Program Managers has a minimum of an additional 5 years experience directing successful programs.
Professional Engineer – Licensed by the State of Maryland (some staff have additional licensure), our Professional Engineers also have a minimum of 10 years working experience in their respective fields.
Technical Lead – Our Technical Leads are M.S. or Ph.D. scientists with a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience, or have a B.S. degree with a minimum of 10 years relevant work experience. Each of our Technical Leads has experience identifying, defining, and solving complex scientific, mathematical, and computer science problems. Our Technical Leads are experienced leaders who specialize in working in a team environment and leading small groups.
Senior Consultant – Our Senior Consultants have Master's Degrees or a minimum of 7 years relevant work experience in the technology field. Each individual consultant may have a variety of certifications (e.g., Sun Certified Java Programmer). Our Senior Consultants can identify, analyze, and work on problems independently or within a team.
Senior Analyst – Our Senior Analysts have Master's Degrees or a minimum of 5 years work experience in the technology field. Every Senior Analyst is capable of analyzing and working on problems without supervision, while still responding to direction from leadership.
